Kamila is an investor and ex Investment Banker with 14 years of investing and advisory experience gained at blue chip financial institutions.
She is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Dots Ventures, a financial advisory firm that specializes in advising STO projects on project structuring, fundraising and strategic partnerships.
Kamila is also a Partner at Argan Capital, a mid-market Private Equity firm focused on European buyout opportunities.
Before joining Argan Capital, Kamila was a Director at Amakor Capital, an equity hedge fund focused on special situations and merger arbitrage.
Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Vice President at Citigroup Mergers & Acquisitions Technology team. Before Citigroup, Kamila worked at Doughty Hanson Private Equity, Deutsche Bank M&A and Royal Dutch Shell M&A team.
